Do you believe that our lives do not make achievements through magic or by pure luck? That whatever we are experiencing with our lives today, they are the fruits of our labor and what we have allowed our minds to create for us? If we let our minds dwell on a situation, such as not succeeding in a venture, we will get there un-successful. Very much like what the old proverb is telling us, “what you see is what you get!” That sounds like an overused expression, already, and I know that. So how about re-phrasing it into, “ Visualize what you want and in all probabilities, that visualized object will come to pass. It can take place especially when we put forth efforts necessary in making it happen.
I truly believe in what I see. If I see failure, my eyes would stop there, my mind would register that, and in all probabilities, would tell me to believe also what my eyes have seen. I may even stop working to meet a goal. For what use would that be, when I am going to fail anyway?(God forbids my negative mindset!) I will perpetually be stuck on that gloomy thought of becoming a failure, forever. It will continually haunt me, unless I do the reverse.
Shifting my thoughts from the negative to a more beneficial approach will make a big difference with my life. Instead of “I cannot do this” I can positively give myself the assurance in uttering words like, “I can do this.” One can even claim that he will become precisely what he wants and where he wants in the future. A strong conviction and determination, coupled with a mindset that is optimistic, flexible, and with the capacity to see things differently are the kind of attitude and mindset one can ever hope to own. Looking at an obstacle as a challenge will certainly help us in our journey to achieving our goals.
